It may have been marked as ScanIgnore meaning it will no longer fix itself on subsequent scans even with the file, only way to fix that is to delete from the database.To delete a series from the database (if that is your issue), you can enter the config tool and delete from there or from the MediaPortal GUI you need to Show Hidden data from the context menu Options.</blockquote>
