After alt-entering MP into full-screen mode it won't come back. Well, it does, just for a second and then jumps back to fullscreen.

    Ok, some more info.

    1. Start MP, go to full screen mode by pressing alt-enter.
    2. Press alt-enter again and MP nicely goes to non-full-screen mode (NFS).
    3. Press alt-enter again and MP is in FS mode again).
    4. Start a movie.
    5. Stop the movie.
    6. Then alt-enter again.
    7. MP goes for a short moment to NFS and then straight back to FS mode. No matter what I do, it won't stay in NFS.

    Attached is the log.

    Hi Ender,

    this works fine for me.
Tried your instructions with Fullscreen first and with nonFullscreen first.
    Both works.
    I'm using SVN from 05-14-2006.

Please download the latest SVN and try again.

    Regards
    Ralph

Just upped with svn. Same thing.
Make sure to carefully redo my steps. So the problem is getting back from full-screen to non-full screen AFTER a video has been playing (with full screen directx mode).

As you can see in the logs, non-full screen mode is directly followed by full screen mode.

Hi, I can confirm this. After starting a video it seems impossible to switch back to windowed mode. Note that the playback of video was already stopped after trying to switch to windowed mode from fullscreen.

BTW, starting MP, switching to fullscreen and watching TV is fine here. It only happens for videos.

    Kind regards,
    Michel

Tried with directx mode in fullscreen enabled and I can confirm this behaviour, too.

    Hi Scoop,

maybe it's important to mention that it only happens when
exclusive DirectX Mode for fullscreen/tv is enabled?

    Hi Ralph,

That's mentioned in the "Steps to Reproduce", but it seems that info isn't publically available. I'll take that into consideration for next bug reports. Thanks for the heads up.

    Kind regards,
    Michel

this info is public, but does not show up in simple view, only in advanced.
