MP won't install says no interent (1 Viewer)

Trying to install MP on my main pc and it keeps telling me no internet connection is found and there for sure is one.

I have had MP installed on this pc forever and use it as my test version to make skin mods before putting them on my mediacenters and lately it has been not wanting to connect to update the database for mptvseries and movingpictures and the weather I could not get to search for my city after entering the name and I have never had this problem.

Have installed MP proly 50 different times on multiple pcs and never this error.

Heres what I did to start off

Uninstall MP (complete mediaportal uninstall)
dled the newest mp on the main page v1.1.3.0
tried to install- nada says no interent
turned off firewall- nada same thing
turned off antivirus- same thing
tried all 3 ethernet ports on pc ( 2 onboard and 1 card)- same thing
everything other program has no problem connecting and never has


Is there a hidden log somewhere I can upload?

Any other ideas?

Found it

Apparently even when a certain firewall is off it still stops it had to uninstall it
