Most often this happens after playing recorded tvshow, or web flv. If i'm correct i've never seen this after zapping channel of live tv. log is full of

2009-06-30 00:10:34.469333 [ERROR][MPMain]: TSReaderPlayer:exception while creating DShow graph Creating an instance of the COM component with CLSID {E436EBB3-524F-11CE-9F53-0020AF0BA770} from the IClassFactory failed due to the following error: 80070486. at MediaPortal.Player.TSReaderPlayer.GetInterfaces(String filename)

It seems to me that something is not released from the memory and that is why MP cannot create graph anymore.
Missing ReleaseComObject perhaps. Or is it Haali, I dunno.

Well MP dev are much better analyzing logs than me, so here they are. Of course it might be that my XP is messed up. I've runned CCleaner and filmerit, They should be okay.

Previously i got total hangs every now and then and i had to reboot, now reboot is not necessary. Only to restart MP frontend.

    regards,

0x80070486 The current process has used all of its system allowance of handles for Window Manager objects. ERROR_NO_MORE_USER_HANDLES

Either some other program or MediaPortal is leaking handles. Please check with task manager (view -> select columns -> handle count) to pin point the process that has huge amount of open handles.
