[solved] MP won't recognize my tuners (1 Viewer)

On my new computer, MP won't recognize my tuners. I have 2 HD HomeRun CONNECT tuners on the same network as my PC (each has 2 tuners). Any suggestions? I use the same type of tuners on two other computers on a different network with MP 2.0, and I have no problems. On this new computer (and new tuners), MP won't recognize them. I have tried versions 2.1 Final, 2.0, and 1.6. I can watch TV using those tuners on the software made for those tuners.

I meant version 1.16, not 1.6.

Did you check the tuner compatibility list in wiki? This should be the first step. If your card is not mentioned it looks not good. Otherwise we can look further.

I had forgotten to install the tuner manufacturer's configuration software. Once I did that, and used it, MP 2.1 Final worked fine.
