MP1.0 - TV Service shuts down without warning... (1 Viewer)

TV-Server Version: Latest version that comes with 1.0 Final
MediaPortal Version: 1.0 Final
MediaPortal Skin: Blue3 Wide
Windows Version: Vista Home Premium
Video Card: GE Force 8400

The TV server has never been an issue to me over the last year and has happily recorded all my shows even if Media Portal had crashed while I had been at work.

I was super keen to load the 1.0 final version but sadly the TV service has "died" on my twice already and so have missed a whole bunch of recordings.

I don't get any error messages or popups... The TVService.exe is just in a stopped state for some reason and I have to start it up again. I've tried using the windows options about restarting the service if it fails but this hasn't helped out.

If anyone can give any pointers on where to look for more detail as to why it's failing? Are there any log files I could look at?

Definitely a good idea to attach logs. Use MP Logs Collecter on start menu. Do the before action and start MP. Make sure TVService is running. Wait for TVService to crash. Perform after action and attach here.
