I'm looking for people with other kind of MiniDisplay hardware to check for regression.
Test should be really straight forward. Just make sure basic functionalities of you MiniDisplay are still working.

    Hi Stéphane,
sorry for returning lately to this topic. I could not spend time in this but I am happy to see that you cared for the implementation.
Many thanks :) I will install it on monday and start testing the futaba mdm166a on my machine.

Did you get those funny scrolling bugs before with that display?
It mostly works but sometimes the scrolling misbehave.
I'm guessing it's an issue with single line setup of MiniDisplay.
Probably nothing to do with this specific driver.

    Hi Stéphane,

not sure but it might be the way how I implemented the driver. Unfortunately I have no other type of display to check if this is caused by my implementation or by the plugin itself. I had this also in the past but thought it was a single appearance because no one complained. You are the first :)

Do you have another type for verification, where you also can see this problem?

By the way: I tested the plugin and the futaba display today on a Win 7 64 Bit and Win 8.1 64 Bit System. Both worked fine (with Scrolling misbehavior sometimes). Also it seems to work on Plueschi's Win 7 64 Bit: https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/threads/futaba-mdm166a-treiber.105705/page-3

Good to know, did you try that newest installer I provided above or the older one?

I'm thinking that scrolling bug is due to the single line display setup and is not specific to your driver.
It must be an issue in the MiniDisplay logic that concatenate both lines into a single one.
To be honest I did not know we had such a feature in MiniDisplay and was thinking of implementing it until I set my configuration to a single line for testing that Futaba hardware.

Do you have it set to 14 characters in width too?
