[Finished] MP1-4702 Switch to SharpLibDisplay (1 Viewer)

This is ready for integration, you can try the installer provide on the JIRA MP-4702.
For testing see also the latest SharpDisplayManager updates from V0.8.0.0.
Otherwise testing any MiniDisplay for regression should be enough to validate.
