MP1-4720 Public method to try to fix some loadSkin error from plugin side (1 Viewer)

It seems that sometimes, i run into the loadskin error but less than before

Branch updated by always load LoadSkin in main thread, let see if it will fix logomanager error on my side.

I didn't follow LodSkin error topic but I could say that Firstrun thread is not a main thread in any way, it's controlled by simple backgroundworker.
Also you can't test it again unless you set LastGrab value to 0 or delete LogoManager.config entirely.
