I have scheduled it to record. It will start at 17:59 (I use one minute of pre-padding), but I will stop the recording at 18:05. As well as the pre-padding, the programme may start a minute or two late, but stopping it at 18:05 should ensure that part of the actual Simpsons episode is recorded.
