    Pal Speedup/Speedown works OK for me, but just for trial purposes attached is a version which always does vsync correction in normal play mode (as suggested by Jong over at the ReClock forum). I haven't had time to try it myself, but the code change compared to rev 002 is trivial.

    Tony

    At my eyes it seems the same like the first one...same behaviour, same problem on avi/xvid (same stutter every 7-8 minutes), but ok with dxva activated..

    could somebody explain the difference between these two dlls?

    Also it woud be better to use a version number that MP will never user - like 9999.1.1 or so instead of raising the minor number.

    In v002 the vsync correction is only enabled if the display FPS and the video FPS are at 1:1 or 2:1 ratio. In v003 the vsync correction is enabled all the time.

    Hi Tony,

    i've tested a bit both the new dlls but to me the old version 1 is the best.

    Both the 2 and 3 still sometime microstutter and i still having slowing problem with OSD opened.

    With OSD closed all goes well but not perfect like the n#1, just the n#3 is slighty worse at 24p content.

    avi (ffdshow decoder a/v) 25fps at 50 hz ---> few microstutter randomly
    mkv (cyber10) 720 24p at 24 hz with sub -------> n#2 few microstutter randomly n#3 few microstutter randomly and not perfeclty smooth
    mkv (cyber10)1080 25p at 50hz ---->few microstutter randomly
    tv (cyber10)1080 50i at 50 hz----> few microstutter randomly
    tv (cyber10) sd at 50 hz---->few microstutter randomly

    What is the big difference you did on these new version?

    i want at any case attach some screen ....... but they are to manage carefully......... when the osd opens all goes slowered ??? And it is terrible

    On which value I can focus my attention to check if new vysnch is working?

    edit: used the V0003 version.

    It's the 'FrRat' value - in the v003 version it should be either 2 (for 2:1 display:video FPS ratio) or 1 (for everything else). Vsync correction is always enabled in v003 for normal play modes.

    What sort of file was playing (frame rate, codec etc) ?

    Owlsroost, in the next patch version, could you enable the tearing test bar? Just because it will make detecting the judder much easier (tearing is not an issue in any case if EARO is enabled since v-sync / present() is handled by it).

    The render stats look OK - the evr.log has one dropped frame during playback (ignoring the drops at the start). If it's happening every 7/8 minutes (but not with DXVA codec) then I suspect there's something else stealing CPU time periodically.
