mironicus/grubi/cecet23 - can you try the attached dll please - I've modified the vsync correction behaviour when the display/video fps ratio is not an integer multiple e.g 60Hz/24Hz, and rolled back a recent change which might be causing the crashes.

cecet23 - were you getting any crashes with v0010/v0011 dll's ?

jet70 - I think Tourettes comment about 23.976 <-> 24Hz video/display issues is probably the problem - if you can't set the display to 23.976 then use ReClock to pull things into sync.

Tony

No still the same problem.
The source is 24fps and display refresh rate is 50Hz.
I know it is not optimal, however the original DLL handles this quite well.

Regards

Hi Grubi,

Please try the attached dll and report back.

Tony

Seems that this dll fixes the problem.

    Hi.
Crashfix aka v17 is also very good. Tested with 1080i & p at 23.976, 24 and 50 fps material in pal 50 hz tv. Although shift+1 red line has jigsaw figure with 24 and 23.976 material, i cannot detect it in image at all, so this is doing very good job.
    Thanks,

V17 also does a very good job for me.
Just saw the first half of Italy vs. Paraguay. Only 2 dropped frames and no visual judder.

yes... I used v002 a lot of time since rc3 (with reclock), without problem...

OK - so the bug has been intoduced after v002.....thanks for the info.

    Hi cecet23,

Can you try the attached dll please ?

I've modified the way the processing threads are paused (which was changed between v004 and v0010), in case the earlier mods are causing the crashes.

    Tony

(and thanks to everyone for the feedback :) )

    Hi Owlsroost,

I tested all your dll's, before I had much stuttering and judder. Now it isn't gone, but its really better. SD runs smooth HD e.g. ZDF HD (720p) stutters. I use v002 now and SD runs good.

You might try updating the nVidia drivers to 257.xx - some of the 197.xx drivers have known stutter problems with EVR, which have apparently been fixed in 257.xx versions (not tried them myself yet - I'm still on 195.62 on my 9500GT).

    It's almost nearly perfect now.

But I have still the problem with stutter after a refresh rate change.
