But I understand there are a lot of hardware/software configurations out there and there can also be different behaviours.

Tell me about it - I've recently updated my Atheros WLAN card drivers to the latest Win7/Vista version, and it seems to have finally got rid of most of the 100-200ms 'stolen time' glitches I was getting.....it's only taken them several years and the Win7 launch to come up with decent drivers....aargh

Pinpointing such issues is pita, but can be done easialy with disabling / removing some HW and then checking driver side behavior with Google.

Is there a chance that someone could look into the stutter problem after the refreshrate change...? I already posted logs in this thread.

EDIT: Never mind - I found a solution for this problem and it runs perfect now! :D

Yes - it's the 24.000Hz display with 23.976Hz video problem, see https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/631738-post405.html earlier in this thread.

You need to either set the display to 23.976Hz (it's probably labelled 23Hz in the settings), or use ReClock to compensate for the difference in frame rates.

I tried 23.976Hz + reclock...it seems that I haven't stutter but the green and yellow line are the same..

Something in the system is causing the render/paint time to increase periodically....do you have the IFC plugin, HTPCinfo plugin or CPU/GPU monitoring utilities running ?

I have only Ifc plugin (nothing else) but it is disabled for videos/movies... I'm using it only for tv.
