MP2, HVR-1600 and analog cable, terrible audio and video quality (1 Viewer)

Just did a fresh install of MediaPortal 2 on Windows 10 Pro x64. I'm using a HVR-1600 and I'm using analog cable. When I watch live tv, the audio and video quality is really bad. Both the video and audio stutter almost constantly. I have the latest drivers from Hauppauge. I poked around through this forum to see if I could find anyone with similar problems but didn't come up with anything. Quality when watching via WinTV is just fine. Logs uploaded. Any insight appreciated. Thanks.
