When going into the Setup TV config window, I see the three tuners, I can scan for channels and it finds them.
When I try to test the channels, I get "all tuners are busy"
I've rebooted, I've reset the HDHR with both a power reset and a SW reset in the HDHR setup program.

The HDHR view receives all the channels properly, and I have the BDA compatibility set for Media Portal.

I know this works in WMC and Kodi with the ServerWMC program, but the video quality is crap.
NPVR has better video quality, but doesn't get all the channels.

Trying to set up MP to see how it does, and it's a non-starter out of the gate. This is not a good sign and I would like to at least see how well it handles TV.

Do you have any other Live TV services running?
You can only have 1 active.
Look in Task Manager and if there is one running, stop it, restart the MP2 Server Process and try again

I have removed NPVR, VLC and the LAV codecs.
I have disabled ServerWMC, I have something from Homerun active but I need that, don't I?
The only other thing on here that can look at the TV is WMC itself, and I cannot find anything to disable for that.

I have rebooted the server and reset the HDHR, and testing channels in SetupTV.exe still shows tuners busy.
MP2 itself shows channels in the TV screen, but choosing them does nothing. I get no error or anything.

Testing channels in Setup TV may or may not work....
LAV codecs are installed with MP2. This might be why you see channels in MP2 but they do not play.
Do a reinstall, reboot the server and try them again.

If there is still a problem, post the new logs
