I am not using MPDisplay2 at all, instead I am still using sa_ddam's MPTouch plugin, which I am more than satisfied with...
Have donated €20 couple of minutes ago...it's really something I use every single day, so definitely worth donating money for.

So basically from what I understand from MP 1.2.0 sa_ddam will have to write a brand new plugin as this one won't work anymore, correct?
I am still on 1.1.0 and have decided that I won't upgrade anything until 1.2.0, that's why I don't use MPDisplay2 and have asked the above question.

It's not brand new... In this case it's just a modification of MPDisplay2 and a split into two files. As told before in an exe- file and a plugin that goes into the process- folder like now. The code should be basically the same. The plugin remains as an API for the exe- file and this one will send the information to the display. So it's easier for him to make changes that every version will be supported.

I've downloaded the x-factor skin, but when I try to install it it says "Wrong File Format!".
I've deleted the content of the %temp% directory but nothing changes.

Where I'm wrong?

PS: I want to try the x-factor skin because with other skins I can hardly read the info on the display from the sofa (I'm still with the old mptouch for this reason).

May be, that - if you are using the IExplorer, the file has the ending zip. Just rename it to *.mpe1 and it will work.

I use firefox and the extension is mpe1.

Hi, thx for the plugin.
I have 2 problems... first, when i overwrite the .dll for de 0.6.0.2, then MPDisplay2 plugin dissapear in the plugin process section of Mediaportal configuration. Version 0.6.0.1 works but with errors.
Second problem, is same problem that the user "Kernel.32" but with the PurevisionHD skin.... "Wrong File Format!"
