All of my xvid, h264 (1080p, 720p) videos run perfectly smooth (some random frame drops but acceptable to me), but PAL video_ts format dvd-rips stutters like crazy, especially at the start, but from time to time during a full movie as well. NTSC video is impossible to watch at 50 hz, even with ReClock, so I avoid watching my US imports in MediaPortal. I've tried to use Automatic Refresh Rate Changer to switch from 50hz -> 60hz for 29.97fps material, but MediaPortals switcher fails to set the correct refresh rate or something, because while it's reported to have changed to 60hz, NTSC material stutters like crazy and is unwatchable.

Is there an easy solution to this that I'm missing?
