mpeg plays too fast (1 Viewer)

I have just updated my mediaportal from 0.2.3.0_RC3 to 1.0 RC1.
My mpeg video files do not seem to play correctly now, if i skip forward or fast
forward it, it seems to play very fast and i cannot resume normal speed play.
It worked correctly in the old version.
My avi files still play no problem.

Update to latest svn, does not break anything, but it fixes a speed playback issue, this should fix things, unless you did not do a clean install.
(moviedatabase\Thumbs folder seem to have no side effects in reusing from a backed up MP install).

Hi, thanks for your reply.
I have completely uninstalled mediaportal and then installed it again (MediaPortal_Setup_1.0_RC1_Refesh.exe), and the problem still occurred.
I then uninstalled it, and installed the old "MediaPortal_0.2.3.0_RC3_Setup.exe" I've got and the mpeg playback works again.

I have just tried the latest svn and still get this problem, does anyone else experience this?

Hi

Now to start getting technical, no one else has reported the issue that i am aware of, which codec are you using, is this for live\recorded tv as well, or don't you have tv.

I had the problem also, seems to be fixed in the last SVN! so install the last SNV! (22-06)

I have this problem on some scrambled channels with the .ts-format (have not checked with mpeg), but only if I record the channel or using prewiev in TV-server config.
When watching the same channel i realtime on client its OK!?

This is with latest SVN.

Is this a known problem?

edit: when changed to Nvidia decoder its seems to be ok now!
