Hi there troops!
If I play back a MPEG2 file (that was recorded in MP) in the software that my chosen decoders come from, the playback is remarkably smoother that playback of the same file inside MP.
Did you get that? Bit complicated, hows this...
1.Record TV in MP
2.Playback MPEG2 file using POWERDVD software...MMMMM nice
3.Playback same file in MP...not as good :-(
One thing I did notice is that when opening the file in POWER DVD, it gave me a message that suggested that De-interlacing should be turned off for HD media playback.
So I set the de-interlace setting in MP to none...(to tell you the truth I don't see too much difference between any of them)
Does anyone have any suggestions on a box I could tick?
Thanks for reading
cheers
