Have you thought of a wiki page for your ambi light. Is there an international based cheap ebay seller that sells cheap kits that are easy to assemble, ie. basic soldering only?

I want to translate my Ambilight Thread into english within the next weeks
At the moment there is no real "kit" available where you have just to plug everything in, at least i dont know something like that.

Can someone tell me how i can add the MPEI to the MediaPortal Extensions Manager and enable the online updating?

I created a update.xml, uploaded it to my webspace, entered the update URL to the package, added the URL to my entry in the plugin repository. Anything else i need to do? I tried it on Saturday but till now, i cant find it in the Installer

Thanx for the reply....i am pretty sure that i have done all the steps which are mentioned inside the tutorial, but maybe not every step in the right order. Would that explain why it is not working? i will try it this evening once again.

Ok it is working now....i generated a new update.xml and uploaded it to the plugin repository again!

Its me again and i got some more questions...

1. How can i select/deselect groups/items/subitems within an executed script?
2. is there any possibility that only one subitem of a group can be selected inside the treeview section?
3. can i use/access the standard treeview actions/classes of visual c#?
