Hallo Catavolt, der von dir genannte Ordner ist leer. Selbst wenn ich dort händisch die Logos reinkopiere tut sich leider nichts.

You need to copy/place the logos to c:\ProgramData\MPExtended\Cache\TVLogoCache\

It means the connection is ok. Try to setup the same server name, user name, password in the app.

This is what I have done allready. Checked everything hundrets of times...
When at home in my WIFI everything is working great.
Firewall is also set up correctly - I think...

I also tried now the external IP- Address of my server. but still no connection available...

Please help me to understand this issue.

• You can connect to MPExtended with the app using wifi.
• You can connect to MPExtended with a browser on your phone using external network (3/4G)
• You can not connect to MPExtended with the app on your phone using external network (3/4G)

Please enable the debug mode in the setup and tell me the error message from the screen when you try to connect.

That was a great hint!!!!

Thank you very much! I had the server adress set up with http:// in front of my dyndns- Address.
After the message: "Unable to resolve host "http": No address associated with hostname" I removed the HTTP:// and now it works perfect...

Please try to load the logos in the app using the setup menu and upload the mpextended log from c$:\ProgramData\MPExtended\logs
