I have a long list of codecs available sinse I am working with TV. I can see the TV card and set things up according to what is on the Wiki. But when I try to scan for channels, nothing turns up. In one of the logs it seems like the card has been set to Netherlands even if I have set it to Norway. This specific card can be set to all the different TV standards that exist around the world. So I hope the country setting in MP server takes care of this. I have tried both medium and high sensitivity and scanned both antenna and cable. No results. I even tried setting country to Sweden to see if it changed anything. But no result at all so far. I am running everything on one PC. It might be a little overkill, but the 0.2 engine do not see my TV card. The install was easy enough. Now I just miss getting the channels in here :-) I have tried entering the channels manually (I know the ch number and frequencies), but something is not right. When I try to choose one of the two channels enteres, the timeshifting gives and "unidentified error". And nothing happens. I would actually be happy even if I only got "static". At least it would show that I got through to the tuner.... Here is a wish for a feature: During the tuning, it should be possible to see the picture. And you should be able to add imperfect channels. All logs are attached, so I guess it is up to you experts out there to analyze and ask questions. Grateful for any help I can get. Let me just specify - at this moment I do not have any problem with the frontend. Also, I am using the frontend as a musicplayer, to watch my pictures and to play videos already. No problems there. All problems I have are at the server. Also, I am using this laptop to work with pro TV production apps and try to keep if fairly clean. No games installed and the laptop is optimized to work as fast as possible, but no overclocking of anything. And just to keep anyone from asking: I use ZoneAlarm free and NOD32 (antivirus). Edit: Updated to rev. 4657 in both frontend and server. No change. [/QUOTE]
