MSN Chat window not showing (1 Viewer)

Video Card: Nvidia GeForce4 Ti 4200

Video Card Resolution: 1024x768
Video Render Type: Don't know how to find this setting
Video Codec Type & Version: Mpeg2Dec Filter
Audio Codec Type & Version: MPEG/AC3/DTS.....
TV Card: Hauppauge HVR-1100
TV Card Type: software
TV Card Driver: 3.1a MCE CD

Synopsis: When watching TV in fullscreen and I try to open the MSN Chat window by pressing C this chat window opens and immediately close. I have tried this with all skins and have the same problem.

My actions;
1. Start MP
2. Enter My TV
3. Press X to enter fullscreen TV
4. Press C to open MSN chat window. When doing this I can see the chat window open and dissapear.

I have installed a new videocard Geforce 6200 but still the same problem. Is this a function that is supposed to work? Anyone got the C button to show the chat dialog when viewing fullscreen TV?

If I'm the only one with this problem I must be doing something wrong...

Please advice!
