MediaPortal Version: 1.1.1.0 MediaPortal Skin: StreamedMP Windows Version: Windows 7 Ulimtate x64 CPU Type: Intel iCore 530 HDD: WD 10EARS 1TB Memory: 4GB OZC PC3 1600 Motherboard: Gigabyte U55M - USB3 Video Card: HIS ATI RADEON 5770 Turbo Video Card Driver: 8.771.0.0 Sound Card: Onboard Sound Card AC3: Sound Card Driver: 1. When it does crash it leaves a distorted still image of what was playing at the time with a Windows message saying the program has had an error and shut down. It only happens while watching tv. I haven't had it happen yet while watching a movie or movie/tv file, but as you'll see from the error files, the APPCRASH is in MediaPortal, not the TV server. When it does crash, it doesn't seem to affect the reliability of the pc itself. It's never crashed, just MediaPortal. On the weekend i uninstalled everything related to Media Portal, including plugins, and re-installed, but am still having the problem. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated, as I'm about to strip the bloody thing of its HTPC related parts and turn it into my next normal PC, and buy a trouble-free PVR. Ooops, forgot to attach the error files. Each error message I get when it crashed is identical to the one below, even the timestamps, so I'll only include text from one: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: MediaPortal.exe Application Version: 1.1.1.0 Application Timestamp: 4ca57339 Fault Module Name: MSVCR90.dll Fault Module Version: 9.0.30729.4926 Fault Module Timestamp: 4a1743c1 Exception Code: c0000005 Exception Offset: 00024651 OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1 Locale ID: 3081 Additional Information 1: 0a9e Additional Information 2: 0a9e372d3b4ad19135b953a78882e789 Additional Information 3: 0a9e Additional Information 4: 0a9e372d3b4ad19135b953a78882e789
