Hi there,
the last thing for a 100% convenient Mediaportal setup is to get the mts 1080i of my Sony digital camera running smoothly (everything else runs really smooth).
The issue is, that the mts video playback is stuttering. Looking at the logs, I found out, that MePo is not using the h264 codec as I expected for this kind of video, but the one set for the mpeg2. There, the initial setting was the Cyberink Video/SP decoder, which then is not used ('remove done'). Instead, the FFDshow video decoder is used, which creates lots of stutter (every second frame is lost, after some seconds, the image freezes).
What really bothers me, is the fact, that on XP on exactly the same machine, the mts playback was incredibly smooth....
I already tried all combinations of codecs, VMR9, EVR, Refresh Rate changer, the anti-stuttering tutorial etc.
Any further suggestions?

Attached is the log files where I first tried the original mts file, then the remuxed file as ts and then a random mkv. Hope that helps.

Thanks
