hello to the forum,

sorry for my english. for all the "black screen"-people... after installing the newest adobe flash player... try this:

go to : c:\windows\system32\macromed\flash\
and : execute the FlashUtil10a.exe

now flash ist making an update... after this you have to reboot the system.

now the plugin works for me. i don't know why the newest plugin have to be updated, but...

maybe it will help you too. i've tested it on windows vista and xp and everything is fine. maybe the update-tool has different name... for me ist was flashutil10a.exe

Hello, thank you, now it's working.

But I had to install in
c:\windows\system32\macromed\flash\
NPSW32FlashUtil10a.exe
then
FlashUtil10a.exe
then reboot.

cool, that it's working for you now! after the procedure of updating the flash-player also the yahoo-videos-plugin works for me. i've posted it there too.

there are lot of videos in these two plugins, but i think, the youtube-plugin offers more videos with better quality. maybe it's a codec thing or so.

Now I get a popup window in the middle of the screen while a video is playing to accept or decline something.
(forgot what it said) Problem is I can't click it, it's in the background somehow but when I minimize MP it's gone too and returns fullscreen. It's a popup from Flash and refers to a link from MTV

Maybe it's depends yours country or the videos. For me it's work, never see that.
Is this the same for all video or just one or two?

It's in all the video's now.
I think if I could just click it to accept it will be gone but somehow I cannot get the pop up as active window.

Also I have re-installed flash which only changed the language from English to Dutch

Think I got it, went to this MTV site MTV | START

Right clicked on a flash video and could then get in to the settings of Adobe Flash. Ticked the box "Never ask again"
Tested 2 vids in MP and the popup was gone.

Hi,

awesome plugin, works great for me.

Just two questions/suggestions:

1. is it possible to blank out / hide the "progress bar" at the bottom of the screen ?

2. i have two small black bars on the left and right side of my TV (4:3), is it normal or is there a way to play the
videos in complete full screen ?

if not, doesn´t matter, it´s a superb plugin anyway
