Multiple audio (1 Viewer)

Hi,
I've got an avi file which contains both english and icelandic audio, and icelandic subtitles. I try to just have the english audio and the icelandic subtitles, but I always get both audio language. Also in one mkv file, I can choose between the commentary audio or the film audio, choose the film audio, but I always get the commentary audio. I the SAF5.0 svn 101001. It is same when I play the AVI file in GraphStudio, get both audios and subtitle.
Any ideas?
