The HTPC device has one tuner but very little HDD space. The other machine has lots of space and a twin tuner in it. The tuners cannot all be located in the same machine due to motherboard limitations.</p><p></p><p>Ultimately what I want to be able to do is watch TV/Record on any/all tuners in the system.</p><p></p><p>The non HTPC has MP1RC2 installed including TV Server. The HTPC is in the process of being built but I am unsure about what the best config is for this scenario.</p><p></p><p>Should I install the TV Server seperately on the HTPC and make it a slave of the existing machine and then install MP client seperately ?</p><p></p><p></p><p>Any tips ?</p></blockquote><p></p>
