Then you start MP Configuration and go to Plugins, and look for a plugin with the same name as your DLL......

Since this plugin stopped working with the current version of MediaPortal, I had to figure out what was going on. I started digging in and the problem was very simple, apparently some of the Assemblies had changed. The quick changelog follows and my version including source is attached. I don't think there is any problem with my fix and repost, but if there is, please let me know!

Version 0.5 (kf_man)
* Updated Assemblies to support the latest SVN versions
* Modified calls to outdated "Log" method.

EDIT: Attachment removed, see here.

Well, from the looks of things, they have rearranged some of the DLLs for the new release version (I believe it will be 0.2.2.1). I'm not sure if there is some way to link it so that it will still be compatible with the old version, I hadn't even looked at the MediaPortal source code until the day of that fix. I can say that it will work perfectly with all current SVN version and that I made no other changes so the previous release would be preferred if you are still using the release version of MediaPortal.

In short, only use this with the most recent SVN versions of MediaPortal. If someone knows how to make it backwards compatible, I'd be more than happy to make the fix.

Hi thanks for this cool "plugin"

I use it for games etc. and also for joost (internet tv)

My problem is, that if i launch joost, it will be in the background, even if i click on "Hide Mediaportal".

Is there an argument to start the program in front of MP?

Tanks

    Hi kf_man,
Just want to know, why did you modify it ? Plugin I modified already in the past seems to work fine with latest SVN or, am I wrong ?

Honestly, I missed that. Sorry about that, I'll remove my post to help ease confusion.
