Hi guys - is there anyway to specify what display to open your application shortcut on (ie. TV vs PC screen) using Multishortcut? I made a shortcut to Powerdvd but it keeps opening on my PC screen and not my TV (pointless if you're using a remote).

I'm using StreamedMP+the Multishortcut plugin. Using basic home menu with StreamedMP.

Thanks!

this should be controlled by the application. is there an option in pdvd to start on screen 2?
otherwise just grab thepdvd window with your mouse, put it on the second display, maximize and hope that pdvd will remember where to start.

I tired this, doesnt work :(. Keeps going back to display 1.

I did find this setting but its greyed out:

PowerDVD 7 (not sure what version, it may not be included?)
ATI 5770, latest catalyst. Dont understand overlay but I think it is installed by default no?

I read, that you can change these settings only when using clone-mode in video driver.
but i guess, that's not what you want :(.

btw have you thought about using a virtual machine for mp? no idea if this works out but I think this is the easiest way to strictly divide mediaportal usage and pc-usage...

edit: what happens when you put a pdvd-shortcut on the second screen desktop and start from there?

I think that these options are not available with the OEM disc they supplied me. I'm not sure. Soooo frustrating. The Arcsoft player would be better because its integrated into StreamedMP, but it costs $80, fail. Any other ideas? Thanks man.
