Music doesn't play smoothly, hissing, clicking (1 Viewer)

Ever since I switched to Vista I have this problem.
I have tried all that I can think off.

Video works just fine.
Just the Music section which is giving me problems. (I thought it was maybe a bad svn so I uninstalled the 2.3 and I'm now on rc1 with latest svn)

Windows Mediaplayer works just fine. I'm open for suggestions :]
