Music folders do not see .mkv files? (1 Viewer)

Hi,
Recently I saved a music video and to my surprise MediaPortal does not see it
After much messing about I moved it to my videos folders and Mediaportal registers it and plays it
The only difference between this file and other music videos is that it is a .mkv, and the others are .avi etc
What do I need to do to get my music folders recognise and play .mkv?
Any help gratefully received

Complete guess: add MKV to the list of music extensions.

Note that you'll need to be using MP Config in expert mode in order to see that section.
