Music Scan Database finds only 7557 from 110000 music files (1 Viewer)

I have a strange Problem with scanning the music folder. I added some thousand new music files (mp3) all properly tagged in mediamonkey:

The database scan stops after 7557 files as if there were not mor files. I have not changed anything in the configuration and always worked before with about 90.000 files. The installed version is MP 1.2.3.final.
I erased all *.cue files because I thought this could cause the trouble.
I erase the database and scanned again. Still only 7557 files found.

In all mediaplayers the files are found

Can anyone help please.

I found it myself:

Something was corrupt in one of the musicfolder. I Revoved a complete directory and now it is scanning.

However, I checked all the files in the directory and all are ok??? Very strange they are all playing in Mediamonkey.
