hi ..

i mack a mod for music now playing ,to work with fanart handler plugin , Full Color Fanart.
This Mod Focus on Full Color FanArt , the internet lookups for best album tracks and best track suggestions are desabled.
the plugin intergat only for music now playing ,and not trow the all skin ,i thing that the most importent part ....

you will need the plugin Fanart Handler V2.1.1 see her and see info of Installation and configration..(you mast configar the plugin first)

Installation:
copy the 2 xml file to :Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\skin\Blue3wide... over the old file's , copy "playing_overlay.png" to : Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\skin\Blue3wide\Media ,,,delet the Cach folder . and that it's...

you have 2 Mod's to choose from :
M1 - more info on screen.
M2 - lass info (my defult)

the fanart handler plugin V1.5 just come out ...with some new fetures ... so cheeck it up ..

this mod work fine with the new version ... but in a day or so i will update this mod ...im not so happy with the cd
it's look to me little to wide ...

Thanks ysmp, I've just installed it and it looks fantastic!
It would be good to have similar in a few other fews like in playlists or artist / folder views.

i update the mod little bit ...see first post ....

@ jimwin ,glad you like it ... as i say the mod is only for the "music now playing " wich is the most importent ..
other views and B3W layt will not look so good .... wall maby only in playlists will look o.k , but other view will not look o.k ,you will
not see the font in other view and i dont wont to dime the fan art like other skin do ...

I've taken the liberty of looking at what you did to "Now Playing", and I've made similar changes to a couple of other areas:

Firstly, I've added the fanart to "My Lyrics", but I've changed the overlay so there is transparent blue over the whole screen, otherwise there may be problems with reading the lyrics if the fanart is white.

Next, I've added the fanard to the playlist view. I tried it both ways, but I found it works better with art for "playing" item, and not for "selected" item.

Finally, I have included a small mod to the standard blue3wide music/songs and music/playlist XMLs. I have altered the menu so "Now Playing" is replaced by "My Lyrics" if My Lyrics is installed. I prefer this, as it already includes most of the info that is displayed in "Now Playing", plus has the lyrics too.
