Mvids Showing Black (1 Viewer)

I have looked around and seen a few similar issues but cant figure out what is going on. I am using mvids to play my music videos, however 95% of them just show black while the sound plays fine. The videos decode just fine in windoes media player VLC or MPC. I do have the kazaa mega codec pack installed also. Any Ideas?

I setup a fresh computer using vista and it seems to work fine. The only difference is vista and i didn't install kazaa codec pack.
