My Anime 2 (3 Viewers)

I attached my current version with even less lines, but I am currently stuck with the list item: It did not go to the center and moves forward but is stuck either on the 2nd line from top (when moving down) or 2nd line from bottom (when coming back from end of the list) - see also attached pic.
Seems like there is a default value somewhere which prohibts going below 3 lines from the border.

Tested your skins on my machine and it works fine.
I suspect it has to do with the resolution you are using (1920x1200). The specified resolution for the skins is 1280x720.

I only get 4 rows in the list, where as you get 5.

My monitor can't handle the Full HD resolutions so not really any way for me to test it either

Oh completely forgot that if you select the subbed episodes only option, it takes into account your language settings on AniDB.
Are you using this option?
If so could your settings should look something like the following (assuming you want english subs and japanese language)



If it is still not working after this, can you take a look at your MediaPortal.log file.

So I changed my anidb account to look like yours and ran the import again
looks like it knows that I'm missing episodes but it's not creating placeholders or anything
here's what I'm seeing my logs

One more question, I believe that the plugin hashes/CRC/MD5 the file and then tries to match it to a file on aniDB correct?
if that's so and I have not modified any of the files, why am I getting so many files that are unmatched with aniDB?
I have like about a few hundred files that it seems that it cannot match with the DB

I attached my current version with even less lines, but I am currently stuck with the list item: It did not go to the center and moves forward but is stuck either on the 2nd line from top (when moving down) or 2nd line from bottom (when coming back from end of the list) - see also attached pic.
Seems like there is a default value somewhere which prohibts going below 3 lines from the border.

Tested your skins on my machine and it works fine.
I suspect it has to do with the resolution you are using (1920x1200). The specified resolution for the skins is 1280x720.

I only get 4 rows in the list, where as you get 5.

My monitor can't handle the Full HD resolutions so not really any way for me to test it either

Correct; when switching to lower resolutions there are only 4 lines.
I made an update of the skins to have also 5 lines in 1280x720. Unfortunately this seems not the cause for the observed effect.

So I changed my anidb account to look like yours and ran the import again
looks like it knows that I'm missing episodes but it's not creating placeholders or anything

One more question, I believe that the plugin hashes/CRC/MD5 the file and then tries to match it to a file on aniDB correct?
if that's so and I have not modified any of the files, why am I getting so many files that are unmatched with aniDB?
I have like about a few hundred files that it seems that it cannot match with the DB

I can see you had a few timeouts on AniDB. Because of this you will be missing some information, which can be retrieved by kicking off the Import again.
It wouldn't explain missing 100's of files though, unless you have your own rips or things like that.

You can view the ed2k hashes in the Config screen. Take a look at a few and see if they match any files on AniDB

Yeah a bit hard for me to test, but I'll take a look through the skin file and see if there is anything obvious

Yeah it looks you are having problems connecting to the AniDB API at the moment.
All your requests are failing.

It might be a temporary thing, although it is working for me today.
