I believe that may have been my problem. When I went back through the list of files I had to manually link, the ones I checked all seemed to be downloading still at the time of import. So I deleted all of the links, am giving utorrent time to make sure all of the files are completely downloaded and I will refresh the import tomorrow evening. I will report back if that solves my issue.

Hey, I'm assuming this thread is also ok for bring up issues with JMM Desktop as well so I'll post here. I seem to be having a problem with initial import of files into the database. I have many files and know that that can cause bans a few times from AniDB while updating but it's been banning me every 10-15 minutes of running, then I have to wait 24hrs to be unbanned only to be banned again in another 10 minutes.

I tested using this url and it confirms that I'm banned (I think it means HTTP ban as well). Any help with what I should do would be appreciated.

It's possible that there may be a bug where JMM is trying to call for too much information.
If you PM me, we can talk about getting your logs to see if something has gone haywire.

After that I can follow up with one of the AniDB admins.

Okay, So I know I was supposed to report back a few days ago, however I have been very busy. Long story short, downloading the files using BT directly into your media scanned folder WILL cause it to give you errors with CRC. Changing the folder for download fixed this immediately.

Now here is my next issue, I cant get the My Anime player to display subtitles. I have tried changing the codecs in Media Portal Config and still have the same problem. However when I play the file in any other player, subtitles show up just fine. This is happening for everything, not just a single file. All files also have embedded subs, no ASS file. Any suggestions?

Thanks.

If you happen to get a Windows 8 x86 tablet in the next couple of weeks, let me know how it runs :)
Although it still needs a bit of work to make it completely touch friendly.

Hi!

Where is the "watched" colour set? When using Avalonis white the cyan used us rather hard to read.

The watched colour is set in the following file (an Avallonis file)
..\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\skin\Avallonis\references.xml

Find the section
Code:
<control>
    <description>default listcontrol</description>
    <type>listcontrol</type>

And the line
Code:
<playedColor>FF02375A</playedColor>

Changing this colour will affect MyAnime3, Mp TvSeries etc
