Ok this is everything that I could want in a tuner card.
HDTV TV Tuner Cards Dvico FusionHDTV7 Dual Express HDTV & Analog PCI Express tuner card w/remote **FREE SHIPPING**
But then I got to thinking if it has to be set up like other hybrids in that you can only use one tuner at a time then all hopes are shot to hell. Anyone got some feedback.

You have never owned a Dvico DVB-t Dual, i have, does not like standby\hibernate and channel change times are slow to say the least, thats if it will even tune to a channel, never seen pixelation like it with any other make of card.
Consistantly the highest reported dvb-t cards for slow changes on the forum.

OK...well are there any other cards like this one out there and if so will the "hybrid setup" mention earlier hamper the benefits of such a card?

    WinTV-HVR-1600 Product overview

With Dual tuners and hardware mpeg2 encoding.

So are you saying that this Hauppage can use both tuners at the same time? I thought all hybrids under meadiaportal could only use one tuner at a time, thus the need for a two card setup like in my profile. This is my usual situtation I watch one NTSC channel on one card while recording another NTSC channel on the other.

The reason why I was so hyped about the Dvico card was that from what a gather it has to two tuners that are both capable of NTSC/ATSC/QAM (something that I have not seen in any other cards). One card to do the job of two if you could use both tuners at the same time! Plus only one cable hook up so I can clean up some wiring.
