I copied the scripts so they are now updated. In addition I copied AMCUpdater_DefaultSettings.xml to the coresponding MediaPortal folder on my laptop. ( I think that folder was originally created by MPTagThat) I pointed the standalone installation at the central database and is now able to see it from my laptop. I am not able to update it though. Am I missing something

Edit I got it to work I change the grabber script from IMDb.xml to IMDb-Full.xml

When you have MP installed anyway, it is probably easier to install MyFilms mpe - as this makes configuration much easier.
If you use the standalone version, you have to configure it yourself manually. It seems, that old entry for the grabber script was not working on your laptop. THere might be other items requiring update/changes too.

Hi everyone
I´m getting this error:

ERROR : Error importing 300 (tt0416449)\300 (tt0416449).mkv : Matching the movie was successful, but grabber failed getting movie details data (title)

when I try to import a film and the original title is not found (I dont really need it)

I would like to have multi-source support when importing new movies, so we can grab the info from a site and the covers from another.
What do you think about adding a dropbox at the right of the fields, in the database fields tab, so we can chose which grabber to use for each one?

You should upload to the forum your AMCu config, the AMCu log, and your xml-file.

I know what happens: when downloading content which includes " the xml-structure is corrupt. So basically it is the website's content fault. " should be ' or something else.

The grabber configuration tool has an option to replace letters and characters, thats why I was asking you to upload those files.
Could you give an example?
