Hey Dave, I know you use foofaraw hovers like we do in aMPed. I used this one attached. Not great, but at least it is a unique hover. I mean to come up with a better one. If I do I'll let you know!

Can you put the minimum MP version for each version of your plugin in the first post. I'm using MP 1.0.2 and it's telling me I can't install MMV.

Should work fine with any version of MP, will change some settings in the MPI.

Ill confirm hover image tomorrow, sleep time now.

Hey mate, thanks for that! Actually I've already got a hover image (see below), I just didn't know what it was meant to be called but your post fixed that

I'm looking forward to checking out the latest version of aMPed, it sounds like you've been busy there! Hopefully I'll get a chance to take a look in the next few days.

I've been meaning to PM you for a while because as you said we're both using the original hover images from Foofaraw. One question for you: Say for example I add 3 videos to my DB for some reason I have to scan it 3 times to add them all because it only adds one at a time I've only tried this with .flv files from YouTube via the YoutTube plugin (after renaming them) Is this how it's supposed to work? I would've thought it would add them all at once?

Plus any "news" on how the plugin decides what the most played artist and videos are? It's well wrong here...

Got to say though this is already a very popular plugin in our house

It should add them all in one go.... Strange that it isnt. Ill check the code and see whats wrong.

Most played is just a quic sql statement to order by playcount and grab the first one. Artist is order by playcount and group by artist id, and grab the top one.

Ill check the logic on that one too.

So I'll just continue use of 0.3.1 for now.

One question for the developer: when imposting songs memory usage shoots up drastically. Is it possible to limit it, so that the paging file will not be used at least? I notice it is probably thumbnails or something like that, so maybe a limit on how many it processes at any one time?

just a thought, works anyway.

Here you go The Logo is just a"moded" B3W Music logo - maybe there's a proper "Music Vids" logo for B3W that you can use?
