This is by now means a prefect setup or the best installation ever, but I tought i'd share how I finally got everything to work just the way I want.
Now I can play all files (Any type and/or codec) with ease and my Club3D HD2400 pro is doing the HD decoding.
I have full DTS SDIF (optical out) via my Onkyo receiver.
TV:
I have had problem with FullHD playback and with the TV.
TV did not work becouse I forgot to install the latest SVN, and therefore TVEngine3 did not work (stupid mistake but it too a log time before I figured this out)
FullHD:
FullHD playback I got fixed by uninstalling all my codecs (actually a reinstall of windows....
) and installing K-Lite codecpack with Haali Media Splitter and Power DVD.
Before I just installed FFDShow with Haali and Power DVD, but some files would not play so I decided to go with K-lite codec pack.
When installed, I select the FLV splitter as the H264 codec under movies player settings and FFDShow as the 'normal' codec.
For audio I select AC3 (and under the AC3 setup I select SDIF output)
Codecs:
I also used Gspot (http://www.headbands.com/gspot/) to make the PowerDVD decoder the favorite decoder to use (change the Merit to 0080000 and the MPV decoder merit to 0060000 you can do this with Gspot under system -> codec settings)
I use GraphEdit (http://www.digital-digest.com/dvd/downloads/showsoftware_graphedit_141.html) to check the merits of the codecs.
Now my HD files have the PowerDVD as video decoder and AC3 as the audio decoder (wich gives me DTS via my Amp)
My setup step by step:
1: install Windows, update to Service Pack 2.0
