This plugin gives programs another way to access the tvserver and tune to channels (not just tversity).

Tversity is one program which works with this (since it was specifically designed with that in mind as the main tool to use in conjunction with).

Tversity has Wii support using the web GUI.

    TVersity - Supported Devices

    Web enabled Devices
The TVersity Media Server allows any device with a web browser to access the media library and download or stream the multimedia content of the library. Whether media is downloaded or streamed is device dependent, for example the web browser running on your desktop may do either of these things depending on its configuration. The web browser on the Sony PSP is configured to download content to the memory card. Web browsers on mobile phones typically do one of those things depending on the make and model, or they may refuse to access multimedia content from the web browser completely for reasons typically related to business decisions made by wireless carriers to maximize their financial gain from your media consumption habits (the next time you switch carriers you may want to check their policy with regard to this matter).

The devices that are currently supported are:

    Apple iPhone / iPod Touch
Blackberry Peal / Curve (OS 4.2 or higher, 4.3+ recommended)
The Sony PSP (firmware 2.6 or higher) via its built-in web browser
Mobile phones (WAP 2.0 / XHTML-MP + Multimedia Streaming) via their built-in web browser
The Nokia 770 or N800/810 Internet Tablets via its built-in web browser and media player
    The Sony Playstation 3
    The Nintendo Wii
Computers and laptops on any operating system that has either Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer or Opera

You will probably find that the Wii will need the streams transcoded to a lower bitrate if you’re watching HD content since I suspect it couldn't handle the bitrate nor does it have HD output anyway but tversity will take care of that for you.

So in summary the simple answer is yes.

I guess using "disabled!" was a bad choice on my part. All that means is the descriptions are disabled, not the channel.

If you click on the title which says the channel name or the attachment which will say TimeShift.ts both of those will link you to the channel allow you to watch it.

Copy the link and put it into VLC.

Yes its a multiseat setup but only one client connects - it does however have two DVB-C card active in it which is used more for multiple recordings.

The only other client that connects is myself via my PC i use to use the MPClient but since moving to a mac this is no longer possible :D

The channels will list automatically in the RSS feed generated.

It will list all channels that you can tune into.

If you look at the plugin there is a link on the setup form "RSS Feed" if you click on that it should open a browser and bring up the feed.

As for where do you add them in what are you trying to stream to?

Give me a little time Phunky to look into multi-seat setups, I have a few ideas i've been holding off implementing which might fix your problems.

For now it is probably worth trying to connect when no recordings or other clients are connected to see if it will work in a single seat situation, but if it was only one client connecting to StreamTv i'm a bit surprised it didn't work (other recordings shouldn't affect StreamTv the only issue I could see is multiple users on StreamTv at the same time with multiple tuner cards).

Anyway i'll try and setup a multiseat situation and get that working.
