    Hi,

    I discoverd two issues with the timeline of the OSD in fullscreen TV. I mean the info at the top of the OSD.

    1) Watching TV some time (at least 30 minutes)

    All times are just examples! :)

    - start MP
    - start My TV ( 12:05 )
    - change to a program where many short shows are. Say 30 minutes each, its easier to see the effect there:
    * show 1 12:00 - 12:30
    * show 2 12:30 - 13:00
    * show 3 13:00 - 13:30
    - change to full screen
    - call the OSD
    - you can see the correct program info and timeline ( show 1 and 12:00 - 12:30 )
    - watch at least 45 minutes
    - call the OSD ( 12:50 )
    - you can see the correct program info ( show 2 and 12:30 - 13:00 )
    - but the wrong timeline ( 13:00 - 13:30 - timeline show 3 )
    * See attachted picture timeline1.jpg. Time is 10:32, EPG shows correct show info 09:30 - 10:35, timeline shows time of the next show 10:35 - 11:35.

    2) Timeshifting in TV

    All times are just examples! :)

    - start MP
    - start My TV ( 11:55 )
    - change to a program where the next show begins in say five minutes ( 12:00 )
    - switch to fullscreen
    - wait 10 minutes ( 12:05 )
    - call the OSD
    - you can see the correct program info and timeline ( 12:00 - 12:30)
    - close OSD
    - timeshift back 10 minutes
    - call the OSD
    - timeline is correct ( eg. 11:30 - 12:00 )
    - program info is wrong ( 12:00 - 12:30 )
    * See attachted picture timeline2.jpg. Time is 10:46, timeshifted back to 10:40, timeline shows time of the correct show 10:15 - 10:45, EPG shows "wrong" show info 10:45 - 11:15.

    Hi Flip,

    I noticed this randomly, too, even with older SVNs.
    But sometimes it workes and sometimes not.
    Can't see why it won't work from time to time?:confused:

    Regards
    Ralph

    Hi,

    its best seen, when watching a channel where the program often changes (eg. every 30 minutes) and you have to watch TV quite a while....

    Not somethinhg I usualy look for but as you say when you study it it is wrong 'most' of the time; has been present in older svn's from recolection.

    I can see the 'bug' being annoying if you rely on this though.

    Hi,

    pui. I am not the only one. ;)

    Yes, it is not a real big thing. But its something...hmmm...itchy. Preventing MP from being perfect. :D

    And perhaps it causes underlying problems that cannot be seen currently (recording wrong show on record now or something like that).

    Hi,

    this also affects the GUI info. As soon as the timeline in fullscreen is wrong, also the GUI info is wrong if you switch to it.
    See attached thumbnail. Time is 21:36. Program info is for the next program 22:15 - 23:15.

    This _will_ be an underlying error for sure. Thanks FlipGer - you've already provided much information - would be cool if the test team could find a system "when does happen what?" and mantis this one...
