My TV Series only loads some episode info (1 Viewer)

I have been playing around with My-TV Series and have a problem when I import series. If I limit the number of series to something like 10 then it retrieves the info from thetvdb without problem. (I'll call this my first database which has all the episode summary in place)

However when I add more series I get the message:

Can't connect to http://thetvdb.com/Interfaces/Episode Updates.php?lasttime=0&idlist=339508 etc - a long series of what looks like episode numbers and then at the end of the line a message which says:

The remote server returned an error: (404) Not found. Lets call this my second database - it has all of database 1 with episode summary in place but nothing for those series I added here.


The parsing for the episode has worked correctly and if I reset the database and select only those series which caused the above (i.e. do not select those that were properly imported the previous time) it all works - so I end up with a new DB that has only those episode that caused it to fail with the above messages previously.

However when I then try to import more stuff it gives similar 'cannot connect to thetvdb' messages

Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this?

Ive selected the 'debug huge' option by cannot see where I can find the debug output - is this outputted somewhere other than in the screen for importing? Is it sent to a file somewhere that I can look at?

My databases are stored in 'C:\program data..." but I cant view this from Explorer.

It's stored in the MP-TVSeries.log file in C:\Program Files\Team Mediaportal\Mediaportal\Logs
