My TVseries has stopped working (1 Viewer)

My Tvseries has stopped working. I have uninstalled and installed the plugin. When I run the configuration setup it crashes with a generic error message. Is there a way for me to capture what's going on with the configuration setup. Will the watchdog capture this ? When I ran the Import wizard there were a lot of sqlLite client errors. Could this be the cause ?
It was also causing MP to freeze during the plugin load so when I reinstalled My TVseries I did so with the minimum settings.
How can I fix this as I have already reinstalled the application.

Delete the tvseries database and relaunch MePo. You will need to rescan you data..

Where is the My TVSeries Database.? MP is in my sql 2012 installation but where does My tvSeries have a database and how do I get to it?

sorry found in the MP TTVeries data base location on the about page in the configuration manager.
The Wiki was out of date and doesn't mention win8.
Have deleted database file and the config now starts up much faster. Was taking almost 3 minutes.
I no longer receive sql lite errors
Can I ask why SQL lite is used if a MS SQL server is also available?.
Wouldn't it be more stable ?

Because sqlite is more easier to configure and best choice when multi-seat access is not so needed
