MyFilms made my catalog not work with AMC (1 Viewer)

Here is what I did:

1- I did a scan for new movies from inside MP.
2- I deleted a film of my database, again from inside MP.

Then, when I tried to open the catalog with AMC, it gives me a error about invalid file. But the catalog worked perfectly with AMCupdater and MyFilms. I opened the xml file, compared it with previous backups and saw that these lines were missing at the start of the file (can not be exact):
<catalog>
<properties/>
<contents>

Is it a bug?

Which version of AmcUpdater do you use ?
Do you try to launch AMCUpdater in batch mode without MP to see if you have the same problem ?
It sounds like an AMCUpdater pb rather an MyFilms one...
