Sound Card: realtek onboard
MPEG2 Video Codec: default
MPEG2 Audio Codec: default
h.264 Video Codec:
Remote: ati remote wonder
TV: regular analog
I just setup a new clean system. The only codec I have installed is xvid.
To test it out, I tried playing so .TS and .TP files I had saved using either my MyHD card or taken off directv.
Many files seem to play fine with no problem, however some of them are choppy. It will be smooth for 2 seconds then slow for 2 seconds, then smooth for 2 seconds and so on. the sound is fine.
I'm still trying to figure out what is special about those files. I know there is no dependence on channel or if its a TP or TS. It seems to only happen with files recorded from my MtHD card.
