MySQL causing high CPU load when using EPG (1 Viewer)

When i scroll trough the epg frome one page to the other (hard to describe i.e. when I´m @ the bottom of the first epg Page and scroll down some more) the TV/Video starts to stutter REALLY BAD as soon as I stop scrolling stuttering stops and it runs flawless just as before.
When I turn of TV/Video and scroll throgh the EPG the scrollig itself also stuttered and CPU-load Is high
Running MP windowed with Taskmanager open i recognised that MYSQL (mysqld-nt.exe) uses a lot of CPU when I scroll through EPG.
Could it be a Database Issue. If yes could i fix it my own?

Hi there,
I just flatened my system and tried it with a fresh and clean install with MySQL and svn 19127 and guess what: It still stutters.
I will give MS SQL another shot this week but that would only be a temporary Solution because MS SQL raises the hibernation waiting time up to 2 minutes for me.

Am I the only one?
I feeeeeeeel looooost in the endless space of database.

May be the heart of your problem, not sure, but if you get the same results from MySQL would think its a factor, especially as a 2.8Ghz processor recommended for analogue.

2,8 GHZ for Analouge 2,8GHZ for HDTV it says in the Wiki
Anyway I installed MS SQL and unistalled MYSQL today and the Problem is gone. I can browse throgh EPG without the TV starting to stutter and the MS SQL CPU usage only goes up a little while browsing.
But now the Tv-Preview window gets Black when browsing EPG sometimes (I´ll try some different codecs). and I have the Hibernation issues again(Hibernation taking very long because of MS SQL)

MSSql will use a unlimited amount of memory, follow the instructions here to limit to 128Mb

That's most probably why standby\hibernate so slow.

I allready did that but somehow I turned the PC on totay and sent it into Hibernation and it worked flawless only a few seconds and pow it´s hibernated.
The black preview Window seems to be codec related as I don´t have Problems when using MPV.

Hi guy, you´re right its the codec. I used Nvidea Decoder or PowerDVD and it caused high CPU usage at Teletext. Use MPV Decoder and everything is nice!
