MySQL download error when installing MP 1.3 and 1.4 (1 Viewer)

Hi
Just want to know if any has simmilar prob.
I try to install a clean MP 1.3 and thereafter a 1.4.
Both times, when it came to downloading mysql file it stops, and the installation stops as well.
any about this little clue ?!?!
