Is there a way to have this plugin scan the selected directory for new tv episodes automatically every day?

In most cases it should work if you just copy the tvseries.xml file into the skin directory you wish to use. I have done so with the "RAZOR" skin and it works fantastic.

thanks i use razor as well and i have already done this using the bluetwo 16/9 skin but the layout is a bit dull, i just wondered if anyone had created anything close to the mock-up's

Which mock-up's are you refering to?

I think mofux had adjusted tvseries.xml for his nonafo skin. Also I believe to remember that in the Reality skin was an individual version of the layout file.

How good are you with xml? You might want to try changing the layout yourself. I adjusted the (x,y) coordinates for some elements to make it look better in Razor (like size of the banner, etc.).

nylonhof, you can see the mock-ups on page 9 of this thread. I really want mytvseries to look like this. However I think you are right and i'm goin' to have to jump in and move stuff about manually. I was just being lazy

Ahh, I forgot about those mock-ups. Unfortunately they never became reality. Sadly enough. I wonder if this could be done by just changing the tvseries.xml file. Anybody knows that?

Anyone? Having it scan and add shows automatically would be great. Otherwise I have to manually do it every day I get a new episode which is at least a few times a week. I'm sure there are other people out there that would want to be able to do this.

Just press the i-button (the button that brings up the OSD) when inside MP and the plug-in and select "Scan..."

well i have knocked up this skin for razor but i must be stupid because i cant see (within the xml) how to move the little page arrows can anyone enlighten me?

There is a <spinPosX> and <spinPosY> tag in the list control. That is the x,y coordinates of the arrows.

Did the skin that Brocklander made a mock up of on page 9 of this thread ever get developed? No offense to the current skin creator, but the one Brocklander designed is far superior. I would love to have somehting like that.

Anyone know what ever happened to it?
